30-day returns and exchanges
If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and boxers can only be returned unopened in their original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to return or exchange
- Email support@hempcott.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and check your return, we will send your exchange or refund your original payment method.
